A choral and instrumental concert that featured choral works by Byrd, Tallis, Purcell, Handel and Victoria together with the Telemann bassoon sonata in E Minor (soloist Ben Buckner). The programme concluded with Josef Haydn's 'Little Organ Mass' and Bach's 'Jesu Joy of Man's Desiring'.

A concert to raise funds for the Church following the theft of roof lead
The first half of the programme included music by: Monteverdi, Gabrieli, Croce, Lassus and Hassler. The main work in the second half was Vivaldi's Gloria. Soloists: Lucy Checker, Charlotte Treglown, Cheryl Arber and Jessica Mahler. We were joined by instrumentalists Meg Crossley (oboe), Tom Crossley & Lucca Fairhurst (trumpets) and Edward Percival (trombone). The organist was Jason Lowe. Conductor: Lindy Williams

A Celebration of English Music in honour of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee

Some very well known and some not so well known pieces for this celebration including: Purcell - Soul of the World, Handel - Zadok the Prieest, Gibbons - The Silver Swan, Britten - Concord & Time and Concord (from Gloriana), and exerpts from Handel's - Anthem for the Foundling Hospital. The children sang Sumer is icumen in and we all joined together for the Hallelujah chorus from Handel's Messiah. Organist Hugh Stalker. Funds were raised in aid of the Capronnier glass restoration.
